Ohio & Western Pennsylvania
The National Corvette Museum is holding its 20th Anniversary Celebration on August 28 to August 30, 2014. We will be leading a caravan of Ohio and Western Pennsylvania Corvette lovers on a safe, interesting, and fun trip to the NCM. We have events along the way and will have a route book with the planned itinerary, directions, rest areas, hotels, and interesting stops.

Hotel Reservations:
We have hotel rooms available in Florence, KY and Bowling Green, KY. Please send an email to for hotel reservation information. Rooms are very limited.
Early Registration is Closed:
We can sign you up for the caravan and provide the Museum with your information for the 20th Anniversary Celebration. There is on-site registration available during the Celebration.

Caravan Events:
This is the list of the scheduled events during the Caravan. All events are optional but it will be more fun for all to join along. You will need to pay for some of the events with the money payable to OH NCM 2014 Caravan before August 9. We will hand out your individualized envelopes with your tickets, logos, and flags that you purchased at the point you join the Caravan. Monday, August 25th
Start time is 5:00PM and ending until much later that evening. Quaker Steak and Lube:
Welcome gathering at Quaker Steak and Lube at 4900 Transportation Dr., Sheffield Village. It is a meet and greet for anyone that wishes to come out and have dinner and meet other caravanners. Many menu items will be discounted, so come out and have a good time with good friends. All Corvette friends are welcome; you do not have to be signed up for the caravan to participate.

Tuesday, August 26th
Cleveland Caravan Starting Location:
Arrive at SouthPark Mall, 500 SouthPark Center, Strongsville, OH by 7:15 AM. There will be a drivers meeting at 7:30, the Caravan will start leaving at 8:00AM sharp.
Pittsburgh Caravan Starting Location:
Jake McCusker, our Pittsburgh Local Leader, is starting the Pittsburgh Caravan from the First Rest Area in West Virginia on Interstate 70 West at Westbound Mile Marker 11. The staging time is 7:30AM Tuesday morning and will be departing the Rest Area for Columbus at 7:45 sharp. Anyone planning on caravanning with Jake will need to contact him by 1 August 2014. His email is , phone: residence 724 632-3375, cell: 724 323-2762. His group will join the main Caravan at Coughlin Chevrolet.
Coughlin Chevrolet:
Arrive at Coughlin Chevrolet 9000 E Broad St., Columbus, OH at 10:15AM. A cook out lunch and posters will be provided by Rick Conti and the dealership. We will leave Coughlin at 12PM. Thanks Rick.
National Museum of the US Air Force:
Arrive at 1:30PM. There is a lot to see and experience at the National Museum of the US Air Force, 1100 Spaatz St., Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. They will be providing a guided tour and special parking. Any Corvette friends may participate; you do not have to be signed up for the Caravan, BUT do NOT be late, as the tour will start with military precision. We will leave museum at 4:30.
Hofbrauhaus Restaurant:
Arrive at 5:30PM. The Hofbrauhaus will provide a buffet with a fabulous selection of German food, including meats, veggies, bread and desserts for $30.00 per person which includes tax and gratuity. Of course your favorite beer is not included in this price, but it is still a very good deal…more good food and good friends. There will be a cash bar available. You must have a ticket to present at the restaurant to gain entry. We will have limited tickets available the day of the event. We have seating for up to 350 people.
Hofbrauhaus is $30 per person.
Horseshoe Casino:
For those that want to have some additional nighttime activity, you can experience the Horseshoe Casino. It is at 1000 Broadway, Cincinnati. There will be a caravan leading to the Horseshoe after dinner at Hofbrauhaus.

Florence Mall:
Good morning, Kentucky! Arrive at Florence Mall, 2027 Florence Mall, Florence, KY by 7:15AM. Drivers meeting at 7:30. Leave Mall at 8:00.
Kentucky Speedway:
Arrive at KY Speedway at 9:00. Zoom around the track and take a tour of the facility for $ 40.00 per car. You can take a tour, take a lap around the track, and/or have pictures taken at the start/finish line, how little or how much, is up to you. Leave at 12:00. You must have a ticket to present at the track to take part in the lapping sessions.
Five (5) laps and pictures at the start/finish line plus guided tours for the Kentucky Speedway is $40 per Corvette.
Churchill Downs:
Arrive at the Home of the Kentucky Derby, 704 Central Ave, Louisville, KY at 1PM Eastern. Experience the rich history of the Kentucky Derby; enjoy the museum featuring a 360 degree hi-def film on "The Greatest Race", and take a walking tour for $10.00 per person. Lunch is free, generously provided by a NCM benefactor for our Corvette enjoyment. Leave at 4:15 EST/3:15 CST. You must have a ticket to present for the tours and museum.
Churchill tours - $10.00 per person.
I-65 Rest Area Mile Marker 60 southbound:
Arrive at 4:45PM CST. We will leave on instructions from Bowling Green.
National Corvette Museum Bowling Green, KY:
Arrive at 5:30PM Central in Bowling Green, our final destination of all things Corvette. Drive around the National Corvette Museum, stopping briefly for a picture. We will proceed to the Motorsports Park and our hotels.
Raffling a Reserved Parking Place at the Museum for the Event
We have one reserved parking position at the National Corvette Museum's front door for the duration of the 20th Anniversary Celebration for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. It will be the lucky winner's parking place for the entirety of the event. Everyone else will have to park where they can find parking, as there will be available parking but it will not be reserved. We have 50 tickets available at $20 each. You can purchase as many as you would like. We will raffle off the winning ticket prior to the event. The proceeds benefit the Museum.
